Rule 15-16-1-48.7.2 - Fees1. Each application for initial licensure shall be accompanied by an initial application fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00), and a fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per bed in check or money order made payable to the licensing agency. The fees are not refundable.2. Each application for renewal of licensure shall be accompanied by a renewal fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per bed in check or money order made payable to the licensing agency.3. Applicants for initial licensure, or licensees, shall pay a User Fee to the licensing agency when it is required to review and/or inspect the proposal of any Licensed facility in which there are additions, renovations, modernizations, expansions, alterations, conversions, modifications, or replacements. Said fee shall be assessed at the rate of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per hour or part thereof, not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).15 Miss. Code. R. 16-1-48.7.2
