When an agency provides or arranges for occupational therapy, services shall be given in accordance with a physician's, podiatrist's, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, or clinical nurse specialist's written order by a licensed occupational therapist or a licensed occupational therapy assistant under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
