Emergency Operations Plans (EOPs) must be exercised and reviewed annually or as directed by the Office of Emergency Planning and Response. Written evidence of current approval or review of provider EOPs, by the Office of Emergency Planning and Response, shall accompany all applications for facility license renewals.
