In accordance with Section 41-7-173 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, each application for initial licensure shall be accompanied by a fee of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00), in check or money order, made payable to the Mississippi State Department of Health. The fee shall not be refundable after a license has been issued.
