Conditions which have not been covered in the standards shall be enforced in accordance with the best practices as interpreted by the licensing agency. The licensing agency reserves the right to:
1. Review the payroll records of each ambulatory surgical facility for the purpose of verifying staffing patterns.2. Grant variances as it deems necessary for facilities existing prior to July 1, 1983.3. Information obtained by the licensing agency through filed reports, inspection, or as otherwise authorized, shall not be disclosed publicly in such manner as to identify individuals or institutions, except in proceedings involving the questions of licensure.4. The licensing agency shall reserve the right to review any and all records and reports of any ambulatory surgical facility, as deemed necessary to determine compliance with these minimum standards of operation.15 Miss.
