Rule 15-16-1-41.85.1 - Adoption of Regulations and Minimum Standards

Adoption of Regulations and Minimum Standards. By virtue of authority vested in it by the Mississippi Code Annotated Sections 41-9-1 through 41-9-35, or as otherwise amended, the Mississippi Department of Health does hereby adopt and promulgate the following regulations and standards for hospitals.

1. The Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Conditions of Participation (CoPs) for Rural Emergency Hospitals (REH) and Critical Access Hospital CoP Updates as found in 42 CFR Parts 485 and 489 [CMS-3419-P] RIN 0938-AU92/Rural Emergency Hospital Conditions for Participation Part 485, Subpart E are hereby adopted.
