The hospital shall have an organized medical staff that has the overall responsibility for the quality of all medical care provided to patients, and for the ethical conduct and professional practices of its members as well as for accounting therefore to the governing body. Each member of the medical staff shall be qualified for staff membership and for the exercise of the clinical privileges granted to him.
