If it shall be the policy of the hospital for physicians rendering consecutive services under contract with the hospital to bill hospital patients separately for their services, all hospital patients shall be advised, upon entering or prior to leaving the hospital, that they may expect a separate and additional bill for any such services as may have been rendered them.
