If the hospital uses a laundry not controlled by the hospital, that laundry must maintain the sanitary requirements of hospitals regarding the processing of its linens, and must maintain a satisfactory schedule of pick up and delivery. Sanitary practices shall be checked by periodic laboratory tests.
