Rule 15-16-1-41.21.1

Adequate space for the following services shall be provided: chemistry, bacteriology, serology, pathology and hematology. Provision shall be made for:

1. Glass washing and sterilizing.

2. Administrative area, to include space for records and files.

3. Blood storage.

4. Specimen collection toilet (This may be primarily for other use).
