The governing body, through the Chief Executive Officer, shall have a written statement of the facility's goals and objectives, as well as, written procedures for implementing these goals and objectives.
1. There shall be documentation that the statement and procedures are based upon a planning process, and that the facility's goals and objectives are approved by the governing body.2. The governing body, through the Chief Executive Officer, shall have a written plan for obtaining financial resources that are consonant with the facility's goals and objectives.15 Miss. Code.
