Rule 15-16-1-40.2.3 - The governing body shall meet at least quarterly

1. Minutes of these meetings shall be kept and shall include at least the following:

a. The date of the meeting;

b. The names of members who attended;

c. The topics discussed;

d. The decisions reached and actions taken;

e. The dates for implementation of recommendations; and

f. The reports of the Chief Executive Officer and others.
