Rule 15-16-1-4.17.3 - Food Supplies1. All food in the facility shall be safe for human consumption.2. Grade "A" pasteurized fluid milk and fluid milk products shall be used or served. Dry milk products may not be used, except for cooking purposes.3. Wild game or home canned foods shall not be served;4.
