A Registered Dietician shall provide ongoing evaluation and assessment when individual needs are identified and, at minimum, on a quarterly basis and more often if indicated. The Registered Dietician shall be notified for intervention as appropriate when a change in nutritional status, weight loss or weight gain is noted. The initial nutritional assessment shall be completed within 14 days after admission.
