Rule 15-16-1-4.10.4 - Financial1.Accounting. Accounting methods and procedures should be carried out in accordance with a recognized system of good business practice. The method and procedure used should be sufficient to permit annual audit, accurate determination of the cost of operation and the cost per client per day.2.Financial Structure.
