Shall include provisions for at least, a current personnel file, position descriptions, employee benefits, policy for attendance, overtime, compensatory time, performance evaluations, grievance procedures, and termination of employment. Personnel policies must also require that employees of the facility are current in their immunizations and undergo a medical evaluation to rule out communicable diseases, including but not limited to, tuberculosis (TB). Facilities shall comply with recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and/or the Mississippi State Department of Health regarding baseline employee TB testing and routine serial employee TB testing and education.
