Rule 15-16-1-3.19.1 - Equipment Each Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility shall maintain:
1. An age and developmentally appropriate environment including but not limited to furnishings, equipment, adaptive devices and indoor/outdoor therapeutic play/educational equipment and supplies, etc.; 2. Each Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility shall provide safety, medical and emergency equipment as described below. All equipment shall be maintained in a safe, usable and sanitary condition. 15 Miss.
