Rule 15-16-1-3.18.1 - Quality Assurance Program The Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility shall have:
1. A quality assurance program and will conduct quarterly reviews of The Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility's medical records for at least one-half (1/2) of the children served by The Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility at the time of the quality assurance review. 2. The quality assurance review will be conducted by, at a minimum, two members of the quality assurance committee. The quality assurance responsibilities shall rotate among the quality assurance committee at least on an annual basis. 15 Miss. Code. R. 16-1-3.18.1
