Rule 15-16-1-2.7.1

Each PPEC center shall have policies and procedures governing the admission, transfer, and discharge of children. The admission of each child to the PPEC center shall be under the supervision of the center administrator or his/her designee, and shall be in accordance with the center's child care policies and procedures.
