Insert the italicized sentence shown below into the same sentences of the first paragraph of Item 17p., Cooling of Milk, on page 114: " ....... Every room or tank in which milk or milk products are stored shall be equipped with an accurate thermometer. Open type surface coolers are prohibited. Provided, that aseptically processed milk and milk products to be packaged in hermetically sealed containers shall be exempt from the cooling requirements of this item."
