Level II Trauma Centers must have medical education programs including educational training in trauma for physicians, nurses and prehospital providers. The Level II trauma centers assist and cooperate with the Level I trauma center in providing educational activities. may be accomplished via many mechanisms (i.e. classic CME, preceptorships, fellowships, clinical rotations, telecommunications or providing locum tenens, etc.)
