Rule 15-12-32-1.4.2 - Timeliness of Submissions

Trauma Registry data shall be submitted by all hospitals to the Department no later than one (1) month plus six (6) days after the end of the current month. For example, Trauma Registry data for the month of January is due on March 6th.
