The following requirements are to be met and approved by the BEMS before the approval will be issued to begin the programs instructional component: #23517
1. Accredited programs or Letter of Review (LOR) programs adding or identifying a Lead Instructor/Program Director must fill the position with an individual meeting all qualifications prescribed under the current CAAHEP Standards and Guidelines. Any personnel changes must be reported to the BEMS within fifteen (15) calendar days.2. Accredited programs or Letter of Review (LOR) programs adding or identifying a Medical Director must fill the position with an individual meeting all qualifications prescribed under the current CAAHEP Standards and Guidelines. Any personnel changes must be reported to the BEMS within fifteen (15) calendar days.3. Accredited programs or Letter of Review (LOR) programs adding or identifying Instructional Faculty must fill the position with an individual meeting all qualifications prescribed under the current CAAHEP Standards and Guidelines. Any personnel changes must be reported to the BEMS within fifteen (15) calendar days.4. Clinical Resources as prescribed under the current CAAHEP Standards and Guidelines.
