Any person desiring certification as an EMS Driver shall apply to the BEMS using forms provided (application for state certification). All certification applications must be accompanied by a fee fixed by the Board, which shall be payable to the Board. Also include a copy of EMS Driver course certificate of completion, a copy of a current state driver's license and complete a successful review by the BEMS of the driver's license history from the Mississippi Highway Patrol or applicable state driver's license history.
