Have a door large enough to allow a patient on a stretcher to be enplaned without excessive maneuvering or tipping of the patient which compromises the function of monitoring devices, IV lines or ventilation equipment.
The aircraft/ambulance configuration and patient placement allow for safe medical personnel egress. Doors must be fully operable from the interior. Doors must be capable of being opened fully and held by a mechanical device.
