Rule 15-12-31-10.11.20

Any conduct, regardless of whether convicted, which constitutes a crime of violence, or which constitutes any of the following crimes:

a. Assault

b. Stalking

c. False imprisonment

d. Sexual assault or battery

e. Crimes against a vulnerable person
