Rule 15-11-55-3.11.4 - Toilets and Hand Washing Lavatories1. Toilets and hand washing lavatories shall be located within the physical confines of childcare family home and shall be convenient to outside playground areas.2. All hand washing lavatories shall have both hot and cold running water. Hot water temperature shall not exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit.3. Toilets, and hand washing lavatories, and sinks shall be clean and operational. Bathrooms, hand washing lavatories, and sinks shall be supplied with soap, and individual towels for drying hands.
