Rule 15-11-55-2.4.6 - Posting of Information The following items shall be posted conspicuously in the child care facility at all times:
1. Accessible to employees and parents: b. Daily activity schedule posted in each classroom.c. Inspection form, if applicable, or Menus and Food Service Permit, if applicable.e. The facility operator shall also post next to the license, in plain view, a notice provided by the MSDH that informs the public of where and how they may report a complaint against the facility.3.
