Rule 15-11-55-1.2.1 - Requirement for Licensure1. No person shall establish, own, operate, conduct, or maintain a child care facility in this state without a license issued pursuant to these regulations.2. The licensing authority will require no entity exempt from the licensure requirement to apply for a license.
