Rule 15-11-55-1.11.13 - Environmental Health

The child care facility shall comply with all regulations promulgated by the Division of Sanitation of the Mississippi Department of Health for:

1. Food Service.

2. On-site Wastewater Systems.

3. Vector (pest) Control.
