Rule 15-10-76-3.4.20 - Accessibility for Inspection1. All unfired pressure vessels hereafter installed or reinstalled shall be placed above ground where possible and so installed that all parts of the vessels can be readily inspected.2. Where necessary to install a vessel under ground, it shall be enclosed in a concrete, brick or steel enclosure with a removable cover, so that regular inspections of the entire shell and heads of the vessel can be made.3. Exceptions: Vessels not in excess of 100 psi design working pressure having adequate cathodic protection with epoxy or bitumastic coating and containing non-toxic or non-flammable material may be buried without a pit enclosure provided such vessels shall have means of internal inspection.15 Miss.
