When hazardous conditions affecting the safety of a boiler or pressure vessel are found to exist at the time of any inspection, the inspector shall report such conditions immediately by quickest means of communication to the Chief Inspector. Where there are violations of the Code and/or Rules and Regulations, they shall appear on individual inspection forms. Multiple listing of pressure vessels is permissible when there are no recommendations involved and the operating certificates are to be renewed on the same date.
