Before a used or secondhand boiler or pressure vessel can be shipped for installation into Mississippi, an inspection must be made by an inspector qualified by an examination equal to that required by Mississippi, or by an inspector holding a National Board Commission, and data submitted by him shall be filled by the owner or user of the boiler or pressure vessel with the Chief Inspector for his approval. Such boilers and pressure vessels when installed in Mississippi shall be equipped with fittings and appliances that comply with the Rules and Regulations for new installations.
