Rule 15-10-76-2.21.1

A nonstandard boiler or pressure vessel which is moved outside the boundaries of Mississippi cannot be reinstalled in Mississippi without securing permission from the Board. Shipment of nonstandard boiler and pressure vessels into this state for use is prohibited without permission from the Board.
