Any boiler or pressure vessel having been inspected and declared unsafe by the Chief Inspector or Deputy Inspector shall be stamped by the inspector with an arrowhead stamp having an overall length of 1/2 inch and width of 3/8 inch on either side of the letters "XXX" and the letters of the State, as shown by the following facsimile, which will designate a condemned boiler or pressure vessel:
