Rule 15-10-76-2.15.2

When inspected by the State, an additional fee for the inspection service as required by the Act shall be paid before the inspection certificate is issued. The inspection fees to be charged by the Chief Inspector or Deputy Inspector for the inspection of a boiler or pressure vessel shall be in accordance with the Act and Rules and Regulations.
