Rule 15-10-76-1.3.22

Condemned Boiler or Pressure Vessel means a boiler or pressure vessel that has been inspected and declared unsafe, or disqualified by legal requirements by the Chief or Deputy Inspector who has applied a stamping or marking designating its condemnation.
