Rule 13-3-10.5 - Removal from self-exclusion list(a) Except for those persons choosing a lifetime self-exclusion, removal from the self-exclusion shall be automatic upon expiration of the period of self-exclusion specified under Section 2(c)(2) above.(b) Upon the expiration of the self-exclusion period, the Commission shall delete the name of the person from the self-exclusion list and notify each casino of such deletion from the list as set out in Section 3(a) and (b) above.
