Rule 13-3-1.4 - Changing Of Games(a) The Commission will issue to all nonrestricted licensees a certificate of payment of fees indicating the actual games authorized to be exposed for play in the establishment. When a licensee wishes to change games he shall request permission of the Executive Director and obtain an amended certificate from the Commission.(b) Failure to comply with the above requirements will result in assessment of fees on the new game without allowance of credit for the game replaced.
