Rule 13-2-8.14 - Approval Of Plan Of Recapitalization

Except as provided by Section 16 below, a publicly traded corporation that is an affiliated company shall not consummate a plan of recapitalization without the prior approval of the Commission. (Adopted: 09/25/1991.)
