The general partnership or joint venture which applies for a license, registration or finding of suitability is required to file only one $5,000.00 application fee, but each individual partner and joint venturer is required to pay investigative fees and each partner or joint venturer shall be jointly and severally liable for the payment of supplemental investigative fees of the other partners or joint venturers.
