Rule 13-15-4.1 - Player Disputes

Disputes over winnings are to be resolved under the procedures set forth in Miss. Code Ann. § 75-76-157 through 75-76-173 and conducted in accordance with 13 Mississippi Administrative Code Part 3 Chapter 8 Rule 8.1.

(a) A licensed operator shall keep a record of contests for at least thirty (30) days and, in the event of a dispute, insure that all relevant data is preserved and transmitted to the Mississippi Gaming Commission.
