A Notice of Publication of Final Settlement will be published by the Bureau after a Project has been accepted by the Bureau and the final payment has been made. The Notice is published one (1) time in a newspaper having a general circulation in the county where the Project is located. If the Project is $10,000 or less, a Notice is not published.
