Section 11-8-2.4-43-4301 - Form of the Performance Bond

The form for the performance bond shall be prescribed by the Department in accordance with this Rule. The Permit Board shall allow for either:

(1) a surety bond,
(2) a collateral bond,
(3) a self-bond,
(4) a letter or letters of credit, or
(5) a combination of any of these bonding methods.
