Rule 11-4-8.6 - ReciprocityA. Certificates of competency may be issued, without examination, to an operator who holds a current, valid certificate from another state or a private company that has entered into a reciprocity agreement with the Commission.B. Reciprocity agreements may be established if the Commission determines that the certification and training program of another state or a private company meets or exceeds that of the Commission's.Miss.
