Rule 11-2-2.9 - Reporting and Recordkeeping

The Permit Board may require in any permit the maintenance of records relating to the operation of air contamination sources, and any authorized representatives of the Commission may examine and copy any such records pertaining to the operation of such air contaminant source. Copies of such records shall be submitted to the Permit Board as required by Applicable Rules and Regulations or the permit or upon request.
