Rule 10-403-7.7 - Charter Contract Amendments Initiated by the Authorizer

The authorizer may also initiate contract amendments. All material contract amendments initiated by the Board must also be approved by the charter operator's governing board. Any change in the authorizer board's policy or regulations constitute a non-material amendment.
