Rule 10-402-1.2 - [Effective 12/16/2024] Scope of Declaratory Opinions

The Mississippi Charter School Authorizer Board will issue declaratory opinions regarding the applicability to specified facts of:

A. a statute administered or enforceable by the Board,

B. a rule promulgated by the Board, or

C. an order issued by the Board.
