Continual and effective assessment, planning, and evaluation of all aspects of the institution shall be conducted to advance and improve the institution. These aspects include, but are not limited to, the academic program of teaching, research, and public service, if applicable; administration; financial planning and control; student services; facilities and equipment, and auxiliary enterprises.
