Rule 10-201-2.5 - Minutes of Commission MeetingsA. Minutes of all Commission meetings shall be the responsibility of the Director.B. The Director may secure such assistance as necessary for the preparation of the minutes.C. If the Director does not participate in a Commission meeting for whatever reason, the Commission Secretary shall record and prepare the minutes.D.
